Nice job Orione! It looks fantastic. I LOVE the colour and the wheelset is rock solid. Flipping a stem isn't hard - find a tutorial on Youtube and you'll have it done in no time :)

I agree but the stem once reverted doesn’t fit with the frame. Meditate on this I must (cit. Master Yoda)

ok, now Iam officially one of the slow guys with a "road bike" o_O:joy:

after a short first ride yesterday, first time click pedals, first time "roadbike" I love it! but I have to confess... I was slower than with my MTB :joy::joy: I found that very funny but no excuses will be accepted!
feels like a rocket on flat ground but uphill i miss my big "grandpa" gear :innocent:
interesting was though Iam always greeting fellow cyclist, but now they were greeting me, too ^^
edit: Iam glad that my helmet does not have to be replaced :D the orange giro xar fits perfectly!

they told me in Bocholt I could get another one free of charge if the mounted one does not fit

    In my case:
I have not a clue what advantage I could gain because its my first roadbike handlebar and it feels ok to me so Iam keeping it

Same thing happen to me at first ride :) but slowly I get used to the bike, position and gears and gained some speed . So keep riding and the speed will come:)
And about "grandpa gear" this year I want to replace my Shimano Tiagra 10spd 12-28 with 11-32 or 11-34 I will see which one fit better :yum

@Orione532 Is there a particular reason why you have chosen for orange bartape?

Congrats. Looks absolutely stunning! Are those wider G-one tires or the 33mm x-one?

Well it fits with the frame and I have a soft spot for orange.

To be honest I didn’t like it on august 4, 1996, but I moved on

Honestly the frame it doesn’t look so big. The differencies between yours and mine are very small. So when you will come to Italy we can ride together in ‘orange’

Hey guys today I checked the wheight of the bike. It is 9.1 kg. @NoobOnTour yours?

I suppose with a small changes like the handlebar, the seatpost and the saddle it is possible to decrease the wheight. Onestly I don’t care to do it but anyway it is possible
