Happy New Year to all of you here at CyclingDepartment!

2019 will be a year with new goals for me personally. What that is you'll find out soon :)

What are your goals for the coming year?

    Hmm, interesting, Bram

I really went out of 2018 with a bang :dizzy: , so starting the New Year staying sober for January.

I hope to ride as much as possible, but I can never seem to get enough time for a real goal, so I just plan to:
    1. take my son to the mountains and ride my old favorite singletrack, at Tsali in Western NC (5+ hour drive), ~40 miles of trail over 2 days, if he's up to it.
    2. do another family rail/trail trip.
    3. ride at least twice a week
    4. do a 100mile/161km road ride.
    5. continue running at least 10 miles/16km every week.
    6. complete a 15mile/24km trail run.

Looking forward to a new year, making up for what I missed in 2017/2018 dues to injuries.
