Other Cycling and Glasses

    If you wear glasses for driving a car, does that mean you are supposed to wear them for cycling as well? I always cycle without mine.

    You mean legally? I don't think so(I'm guessing), since you don't need a license to operate a bicycle on public roads. License is what dictates your need for them while driving.

    Otherwise, just depends on your comfort level. I have an astigmatism, so I wear them while driving, but not cycling.

    Ok thanks, I don't see any pro cyclists wearing glasses but maybe they use contact lenses?

    They may use prescription sunglasses. You can get lenses for Oakleys and others.
    I would ride in mine, but I would look like a tool wearing Ray-Ban Aviators on a bike. :p

    I have a Adidas lenses but I cannot use it during activities. I find it very disturbing when moving fast.
