With the days getting shorter I am looking to get some lights on my bike but I have no idea what to look for. What lights are you guys using?
http://www.lightandmotion.com/the-perfect-light/on-bike/road/urban-800-fast-charge This one is super bright for how small it is. Works good on my handlebars for road, and on a helmet mount for mountain biking. I have an older version, but it's a great light. Mountain biking on trail really needs the brightest setting, so only about 1 hour, really. Lower setting is fine for road and runs much longer. And then this on seatpost and/or clipped to my belt: http://ecom1.planetbike.com/3034.html Probably have about 3 of these laying around. Sometimes I use more than one, and one for the kid's trailer too.
http://www.fenix-store.com/fenix-bt20-led-bike-light/ Take a look at this. It has a nice feature "dual beam" Or something like that, which can be converted in to a power bank:
I forgot an "old favorite" of mine: http://www.cateye.com/en/products/detail/HL-EL471RC/ And here it is 2 sites where you can compare the beam size and shape for a lot of lights https://www.bikelightdatabase.com/beamshots/#left[mode]=131&left[light]=bc21r&right[mode]=14&right[light]=taz1000 http://road.cc/content/buyers-guide...t-front-lights-cycling-beam-comparison-engine
