Road Performing threshold test

    If anyone is thinking of training to get fit on the bike. It's best to work out your heart rate zones or power zones if your lucky enough to have a power meter.

    Here's a link quickly explaining how you can do this.



    Once you have your predetermined zones you can work to training a plan.
